Il rapporto tra filosofia e teologia viene qui considerato nell’orizzonte specifico dell’etica teologica. Anche la teologia morale, infatti, ha risentito delle vicende altalenanti di tale rapporto lungo l’arco della storia. L’articolo ricostruisce le tappe saliente di tale storia per ricavare spunti con i quali potenziare oggi una relazione creativa e stimolante tra le due discipline, anche in vista di una visione etica più condivisa come risorsa di responsabilità e di cura per il bene comune.

The relationship between philosophy and theology is considered here within the specific horizon of theological ethics. Moral theology has also been affected by the ups and downs of this relationship throughout history. The article reconstructs the salient stages of this history in order to derive ideas with which to strengthen today a creative and stimulating relationship between the two disciplines, also in view of a more shared ethical vision as a resource of responsibility and care for the common good.
