Il contributo affronta il tema del relativismo collegando l’approccio antieleatico di Gorgia agli esiti dell’attualismo di Gentile. Il passaggio, mediato dall’ermeneutica di Hans Georg Gadamer, conduce all’affermazione di una universale traducibilità del mondo come autotradursi dell’essere, in ragione del quale la filosofia annuncia il definitivo congedo della realtà sottratta all’alternanza del logos, testimone e artefice di un relativismo assoluto di cui si tratta tuttavia di stimare il significato e il valore.

This paper deals with relativism, linking the Gorgia’s antieleatism to the outcomes of Gentile’s actualism. The transition, which calls into question the hermeneutics of Hans-Georg Gadamer, leads to assert a universal translatability of the world as translate itself of the being, by reason of which the philosophy announces the final leave of reality preserved from the alternation of the logos, witness and author of an absolute relativism of which, however, is necessary to estimate the significance and value.
